Telephone Consultation Regarding a Specific Case

Description

Retainer Required: $1,500.00 (once the retainer has been used, an additional retainer is
required).
Expert/Consulting Services: $275.00/hour
Includes but not limited to:
• Medical Record Review
• Performing of Literature Research
• Interpret Medical Records/Reports
• Customized Tailored Reports: Timelines, Chronologies, Summaries, Narratives
• Expert in Nursing Standards of Care
• Prepare timeline of facts and chronology of events
• Provide education and clarification of nursing/medical issues to assist legal team
• Assist in the discovery process and identify missing records
Interviewing Involved Parties or Deposing Witness: $200.00/hour
Locating Testifying Experts: $200.00/hour
Locating Testifying Experts: $200.00/hour
{For jobs with expedited turnaround and/or rushed timeframes, a 25% rush rate may be charged
in addition to the invoice total. Rush rate is assessed before acceptance of employment by both
parties.}
All outstanding bills are due within 2 weeks of verbal/written report/deposition
Sun-Contract Fees are Negotiable Depending on the Case Work Required
